What are the delivery methods in the USA ?
Delivery is free and will be sent by USPS to your home address.
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an e-mail (check your spam folder) with a tracking number, which you can click on to follow the progress of your order.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address, including city and zip code.
Rocyne cannot be held responsible for these elements, which are essential for the correct delivery of your order.
International delivery methods
In Canada, shipping is $8
Within the European Union and Switzerland, shipping is $8 via Chronopost with signature on arrival. For orders over $200, delivery is free.
What are your delivery times?
We process orders on working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Shipping takes between 5 and 7 working days. Delivery times may be slightly longer during launch periods for the month's major collection or during sales.
Can I track my order?
You can track the delivery of your order.
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Don't forget to check your spam folder from time to time.
By clicking on the number, you can track the progress of your parcel on the carrier's website.

Import taxes
Import taxes are paid in advance by ROCYNE
You won't have to pay taxes for countries outside the USA.
If you have to pay a tax, we recommend that you pay it and you will be reimbursed on invoice, to be sent by e-mail to: bonjour@rocyne.com
How does the relay point work?
When you choose delivery to a relay point, we send you an email after confirming the order, so that you can choose the relay point closest to you. The email is sent by Mondial Relay directly.

Return or exchange rules
Rules for returns and exchanges: You have 14 days from delivery by post or at the Relay Point to change your mind and return the item to us in its initial condition with the order form received for identification.
How long does it take for my return request to be processed?
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 days from the date on which the return was received by Rocyne.
