Shippings and returns
What are your delivery times?
We process orders on working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Shipping takes between 5 and 7 working days. Delivery times may be slightly longer during launch periods for the month's major collection or during sales.
Advice
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name, as well as your exact address with city and zip code.
Import taxes
Import taxes are paid in advance by ROCYNE
You won't have to pay taxes for countries outside the USA.
If you have to pay a tax, we recommend that you pay it and you will be reimbursed on invoice, to be sent by e-mail to: bonjour@rocyne.com
Return or exchange
To make a return or an exchange, please click on the link below to register your return:
Return or exchange rules
You have 21 days from delivery by Post to change your mind and return the item in its original condition with the order form received for identification.
How long does it take to process my return request?
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is received by Rocyne.
Payment & order
Can I change my order once it has been confirmed?
Within 4 hours and before 7 p.m., the order can be modified by contacting us by e-mail at bonjour@rocyne.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 2 hours before 7 p.m. to cancel it, except on weekends. Send us an e-mail at bonjour@rocyne.com and we'll take care of it.
I have placed several orders, is it possible to group them together?
You have until the tracking number is validated to group your orders.
I haven't received an order confirmation email, is this normal?
Remember to check your spam folder and register your e-mail address afterwards. If the e-mail is not in your spam folder, please contact us at bonjour@rocyne.com
How can I track the progress of my order?
In your account tab, click on the relevant order and the tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by:Credit cards: CB, Visa, Visa electron, MasterCard, Maestro, e-carte Bleue, Paypal
Is your site secure?
Our site is secured by Shopify, so you can enter your bank details with complete peace of mind.
